Mergers & Acquisitions
Our team has experience completing a full and diverse range of M&A transactions within a broad range of industries. Our related services include all aspects of the M&A process, from sourcing and assessing targets for qualities such as market and operational similarities, to valuing the strategic benefit, developing, negotiating a deal structure that works for all parties, and seeing the transaction through to closing.
Our experience of providing clear advice on transactions, means we are frequently retained to deliver stand-alone consultation services for corporate initiatives across various scenarios. Clients retain us to provide expert advice and analysis on various aspects of their business strategy. This includes but is not limited to, shareholder value optimization, corporate development services, and initial public offerings. Our vast experience includes private and public companies spanning North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.
The team at Tesoro Capital Partners have extensive experience in Corporate Restructurings, Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and Reverse Take Over (RTO) transactions. We have assisted numerous companies to go public and can help private companies manage the entire process. An RTO listing is often a more viable option for an investment of 1 to 20 million dollars, compared to a longer and more expensive IPO. We have the flexibility to provide either structure to our client companies. Our group also looks to purchase distressed assets and public companies with the goal of restructuring them into clean, well-functioning companies that have the capital, strategic shareholder base, and management to successfully move forward.
Our team of professionals brings decades of experience to the table.
